Handling the day to day operations of the company is a vital component to any company. The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical support for the owner of the company. Duties and skills include, but are not limited to

• Editing blog, website, and Facebook page
• Maintaining schedules for leadership team
• Developing strategies for document maintenance and security
• Has working knowledge of Small Business development
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Assists with other duties as needed.
  

Event planning involves planning and coordinating such events as fashion shows, photo shoots, and weddings. The right event planner will be able to communicate effectively with individuals or businesses. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must. The right person will also be able to work individually and as a team, self-starter, and able to work within a budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing the event/event budget
• Establishing event dates
• Selecting event venue/sites
• Making reservations for event locations
• Developing the event theme
• Selecting the décor to be used at the event
• Arranging the event décor, tents, tables and chairs
• Making transportation arrangements
• Selecting and hiring caterers for the event
• Preparing the guest list
• Managing and supervising contractors, caterers and other staff
• Effectively arranging the décor
• Ensuring the event meets all health, safety and building standards
• Selecting and hiring valets as well as parking attendants
• Hiring the DJ
• Ticket sales

Stylists share their fashion expertise that ill assist clients strategically and creatively develop a wardrobe that will accentuate their personality, body type, and other characteristics.As a stylist you may also help individuals to select suitable accessories to complement the clothes suitable for an appropriate occasion.The right individual will have a keen eye on emerging fashion trends and the ability to discern the needs of the client.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Able to creatively locate and chose appropriate apparel.
• Develops personalized style and product sheets.
• Creates thematic presentation for events to include fashion show, expos, and weddings.
